We all have that one event that shapes our lives and careers, defining how we SHOW UP.
Throughout my life and career, I've learned that there are six particular strategies I use to navigate any situation. I think of them as my GPS to make the impact I want. I still use them today!
I bring more than 25 years of experience in education, leadership development, and consulting to the SHOW UP Leadership Lab.
Over the course of my career, I've served as a training and staffing director and administrator, where I led professional development initiatives, built high-performing teams, and helped professionals grow into leadership roles with confidence and clarity.
As a career and leadership coach, I specialize in helping mid-career professionals strengthen their strategic positioning, increase influence, and prepare for promotion without overwhelm or starting over.
